• Advising American small appliances manufacturer on China income tax and Chinese property law
• Advising American and European clients on new Chinese Employment law (in effect Jan. 2008)
• Advising European clients on Foreign Direct Investment in China, entity formation, Hong Kong entity formation, tax matters, and wide variety of operational issues
• Co-representing Dutch door manufacturer before Labor Arbitration Commission in defending a wrongful termination dispute with its Chinese employee.
• Advising El Salvadorian utility infrastructure distributor with respect to structuring their businesses operation in China and Hong Kong
• Avoiding potential litigation by assisting Polish garment maker in settling its dispute with its Chinese supplier
• Representing large American auto parts distributor in its judgment enforcement matter in China
• Representing Polish electronic equipment distributor in its negotiations with a Chinese supplier
