internationally is our core objective. We have represented businesses expanding
their operations overseas as well as foreign companies doing business in the United
States. We primarily focus on providing
assistance to companies and entrepreneurs doing business in China.

Our representative matters include:
- Advising American small appliances manufacturer on China income tax and Chinese property law
- Advising American and European clients on new Chinese Employment law (in effect Jan. 2008)
- Advising European clients on Foreign Direct Investment in China, entity formation, Hong Kong entity formation, tax matters, and wide variety of operational issues
- Co-representing Dutch door manufacturer before Labor Arbitration Commission in defending a wrongful termination dispute with its Chinese employee.
- Advising El Salvadorian utility infrastructure distributor with respect to structuring their businesses operation in China and Hong Kong
- Avoiding potential litigation by assisting Polish garment maker in settling its dispute with its Chinese supplier
- Representing large American auto parts distributor in its judgment enforcement matter in China
- Representing Polish electronic equipment distributor in its negotiations with a Chinese supplier
