Our China Practice was set up with two main objectives in mind. On one hand, we are assisting American and international companies doing business in China. We advise on entity formation, Foreign Direct Investment issues as well as on a range of operational issues. On the other hand we are representing Chinese companies and entrepreneurs as they enter the American market whether seeking investment opportunities or forming partnerships with American companies.
Our competitiveness lies in our strong personal and professional relationships with Chinese attorneys, trade consultants, accountants, government representatives, entrepreneurs and media. We were able to build these relationships while living and working in China. There is no substitute for the actual experience of interacting with Chinese entrepreneurs and learning the Chinese legal system and we had opportunity to do both.
We have successfully assisted US, European and South American companies in setting up and structuring their operations in China or facilitating sale of goods or partnerships with Chinese suppliers. Whether our clients have just entered the Chinese market or have been successfully operating in China for a long time, we strive to add value to their bottom lines by providing the following services:- Market investigation and due diligence
