  "Two Chinese Attorneys to work with Zydorek Law Office, LLC"
  
  Ms. Wenting Zheng and Mr. Xiaoyu Ma joined the firm as summer associates. Ms. Zheng, a graduate of University of Science and Technology School of Law in Taiyuan, Shanxi specializes in IP protection and consumer rights. Mr. Ma, a graduate of Yantai University School of Law in Yantai focuses on international trade. Both attorneys are 2009 graduates of the Case Western Reserve University School of Law's LL.M in U.S and Global Legal Studies program. Ms. Zheng and Mr. Ma will assist the firm with cases involving Chinese companies and will advise firm's domestic clients on the Chinese law and particulars of the Chinese market. They will also participate in firm's daily activities, including legal research, drafting of documents and attending clients' meetings.

• Ningbo, China, February 2009 - Zydorek Law Office, LLC co-organized a series of seminars on investment opportunities in the United States on February 22-25, 2009. The seminars, entitled “Investment and Expansion Opportunities in the United States,” were held in collaboration with The Cleveland Group of Companies and its partners in the State of Ohio and the city of Ningbo, and focused on the current economic situation as well as investment opportunities for Chinese companies and entrepreneurs. More than forty attorneys, business owners, general managers and government officials attended meetings to discuss opportunities in the real estate market, manufacturing and health care industries and immigration opportunities. 
  

• Ningbo, China, February 2009 - Ms. Edyta Zydorek, Esq.  was invited to present at a quarterly meeting of the International Law Committee of the Ningbo Bar Association.  Ms. Zydorek spoke on the topic of "Practicing law and serving clients during economic down time" and led a discussion on different marketing tactics used in the United State and China.
