Flower & May’s attorneys are advising Chinese and foreign companies on matters ranging from foreign direct investment and finance, international trade, mergers, acquisitions and intellectual property protection to marine and maritime law, real estate and dispute resolution. Ms. Zydorek has spent one year working with the Chinese attorneys at their Ningbo - based offices and is regularly visiting for client meetings and networking events. In addition, Ms. Zydorek is a frequent speaker at the seminars organized by the International Law Committee of the Ningbo Bar Association and publishes law related column in "Hello Ningbo Magazine", monthly expatriate business community’s publication.
