We represent national real estate investment companies, real estate developers and private owners in real estate purchase and sale transactions of all sizes. On behalf of our clients, we negotiate instruments needed to facilitate acquisition and financing of the real property. We typically conduct extensive due diligence of the property and the parties involved in the transaction, including thorough examination of title, environmental and zoning reports, tax records, lien records as well as any appurtenances burdening the property. After careful consideration of each case, we recommend the most favorable structure of the transaction, including forming separate entities holding the property.
